Social Spark Rocks

Social Spark is great for mommies. In other thoughts, I think Social Spark is great for mommies, daddies, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, friends, family members, in laws, tenth removed distant cousins, someone you haven’t seen in years, and any other person on planet earth. And in case you haven’t heard, SocialSpark is this really cool, awesome, social media marketing, blog marketing and blog advertising network. And it is really another one of those Pay Per Post companies, another company that I am attempting to blah blog my way to get rich Internet quick riches with. And this website seems a little different than Pay Per Post, as one can request friends, see other bloggers profiles, send messages, leave comments, create sparks, blogger opportunities and a whole lot more on this website. And this website is the Hollywood of all paid blogging websites to me and it seems as if it is a combination of MySpace, YouTube and MyBlogLog all in one when it comes to social networking. And the colors and photos on their page are brilliantly awesome and beautiful to look at as one is browsing and clicking around there. And what really makes Social Spark great for mommies is that one can work from home, blog from home. One can earn money without ever having to leave home. This is a great website for every mommy of the world to consider signing up for if one wants to attempt to get rich Internet quick, or at least earn a few extra dollars while raising their children and working from home. And what better way to be with your child and earn money, than at home. Social Spark rocks.

Earth Day

Hey Bloggers, is tomorrow Earth Day in the world, or just North America? I received another one of those Todd Eaton emails weekly calendar protests schedules today that seem to be all protest all the time, and it had the following event listed:

Friends,

Apologies for the short notice but we just found out that ExxonMobil is sponsoring tomorrow’s Go Green Earth Day Festival in McCarren Park. ExxonMobil is also responsible for the largest oil spill in America’s history, larger than the Exxon Valdez, just meters away from where the festival will be taking place!

Other festival sponsors include BP America, Waste Management, and Forest City Ratner Company (responsible for the Atlantic Yards project). These companies are no friend to our community, and no friend to the environment.

Please join the Greenpoint SuperFUNd SuperFriendz in taking immediate action.

Join us at McCarren Park for a protest rally. We’re calling on you to help reclaim Earth Day from the greenwashers and reclaim the oil from McCarren Park!

Reclaim the Oil!
Saturday, April 19, 11:00 am
Meet at Driggs and N. 12th St.
L to Bedford Av

There’s oil a plenty underfoot and we oil men will be on hand with rig, drills, and buckets to reclaim our oil and our earth (day).

Dear Exxon, We Drink Your Milkshake!

About Greenwashing:

The term is generally used when significantly more money or time has been spent advertising being green (that is, operating with consideration for the environment), rather than spending resources on environmentally sound practices. This is often portrayed by changing the name or label of a product, to give the feeling of nature, for example putting an image of a forest on a bottle of harmful chemicals. Environmentalists often use greenwashing to describe the actions of energy companies, which are traditionally the largest polluters.

About the Greenpoint Exxon Mobil Oil Spill:

Between 17 and 30 million gallons of oil lie beneath North Brooklyn.

And again, today on this day there was an earth quake in middle midwest america. And that reminds me of an article I read a few weeks ago about scientists hearing noise in the ocean, like earthquakes that have never been heard before or something….. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

A Film Festival

Gee, I turn on the news on this day and it says that there was an earthquake in the midwest felt as far away as several surrounding states from which it was centered. And this seems to be considered as earth day nears, the effects of mother nature and its fury, or its natural changes of itself. And I am always scared of those natural disasters of planet mother earth with humanity on its surface. And in other thoughts, the entertainment headlines say that the Tribeca Film Festival is in town April 23 through May 4. The lower Manhattan event celebrating independent film. And here is a partial list of some of those film selections that will be shown as part of it, as this event seems as if it can be the end all to be all in the independent film world. Phone Cards

phone cards. I have been seeing those things around for years now throughout my travels in this town. And I think I have actually used them at one time or another as an alternative to the what can be humongous wallet draining to call another planet at three thousand dollars a minute it seems after one views their monthly phone bill in possible shock episodes. And so those cheap phone cards are prepaid so that one knows what to expect with the phone bill phone call beforehand, and one can usually buy them at the corner bodega, deli, gas station, supermarket or some other place. And those prepaid phone cards usually provide a cheap way to call that friend, family, or some other person that is located in another state or country. And if you happen to be looking for cheap prepaid phone cards, therichcom.com is the ultimate phone card center. They have just about every single type of phone card available to call anywhere imaginable. They sell prepaid phone cards to call international destinations ranging from asia to middle east and europe. You can search for best phone cards to call from anywhere in the world to virtually anywhere else in the world with much cheaper rates than from large companies like at&t, sprint and other large phone companies. You can get the pin number for phone card and access numbers for the phone card and calling card delivered online and email instantly saving yourself a trip to the store.

On This Day

And on this day, I am still seeming to find myself stuck in how to fix those other blogs that I started a while ago that seem to be full of glitches at the moment, and how to figure out how to fix that blog problem I am seemingly forever trying to figure out. Is there an online tutorial for that? And some of the many headlines on this day say that the Pope Benedict XVI is in town for his birthday I guess. And he is of a German Catholic heritage, visiting that German catholic Church St. Joseph’s in Yorkville, New York City. And then there are the German heritage, immigration, ministry and all things German articles that are popping up everywhere in his presence. And isn’t there some rumor about there is one Pope left to pass away before the end of the world out there in internetland, or is that a whole another blog posting? Guten Tach.

Design This House

Now that seems to be a really cool and beautiful looking really big photo of a house that I placed in this blog entry for some reason or another. And the colors of that house are really beautiful also, as if it could be one of those country houses in the woods on an island all its own with its stone and wooden exterior. And I could imagine living in that house, or at least going there a lot, as it seems as if it could be one of those dream homes one sees in those beautiful homes magazines. And I never actually stopped to think about the shingles on the roof of that house and where they come from. And the shingles on the house in that photo above are a really cool color that seems as if they want to blend in with the rest of the background of that photo and that beautiful sort of country house look. And that blue sky and those trees seem to look so peaceful and serene that surround that house also. And I am not exactly sure if I would be able to put those shingles on that house if I had to. And what if I really did need to put those shingles on that house, what then, do I just go climb up on the roof and put a nail and a piece of wood into the roof, or maybe it isn’t that easy. And if you need to Find a GAF ELK Factory Certified Roofing Contractor, GAF-Elk’s Premium Designer Shingles is there. GAF-Elk can help you find a roofing contractor for that home. They are a residential and commercial roofing company and they can help you to select the right contractor for your home remodeling needs. You can find a roofing contractor, distributor, lumber dealer, roofing ABC’S and installation guides and videos to watch about how to fix that roof at their website, and there’s even a virtual home remodeler where you can see a full line of colors and design your own home. There are also many shingle styles and colors to be found at GAF-Elk’s website for the construction and decorating of that home.

Whitewash

Whitewash. What can I say about that thought that was going through my mind the other day. Well what is really going through my mind the moment s the idea that this other blog that have attempted to start gives me this message that it is not put together correctly somehow, so I guess i should figure out how to put it together correctly, whatever that could mean. And back to that thought about whitewash, I was walking down the street on the Lower East Side the other day passing by one of those former squatter buildings that are now what could be called “Homesteader buildings” and their colorful drawings on their building were gone and painted over white and one solid color in what cold maybe be called whitewashed. What does that mean, does that signify the end or beginning of an era or something else. And what does whitewash mean anyway, does Wikipedia have an entry for that. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?

Robot Nation

Hey Bloggers, and today in America at least, is it the world also? This day seems to be finish giving ones social security mark of the beast 666 number tax day where one gives unto Caesar what is Ceasers. And who is Ceaser anyway? And for what reason does the word Caeser sound like CZAR. and in other thoughts, what’s up with technology these days. Is this the result? I was sitting on that MTA subway train the other day going my way listening to their prerecorded terrorize the riders with those “If you see something say something” messages and I noticed that practically everyone on the train has a wire hanging out of their ears with some sort of walkman like, I guess iPod like device, listening to or watching something on the other end. And those who were not attached to wires were staring at or fidgeting with cell phones of some sort. And this all seemed like some sort of scene out of a science fiction movie to me as I seem stuck in the stone age of technology or something. And then there are those people who are walking around town with mini, tiny cell phones attached to their ears. Hugh? And then there are those almost non stop telemarketer phone calls that one seems to get all day long and night with what seemingly seems like every sales pitch under the son that man can think of. And those telemarketer calls seem to be automated and voice activated these days with prerecorded messages pitching some sort of product with some sort of persons prerecorded voice in every single emotion that one can think of. And these prerecorded voices even seem to speak to answering machines, and can even fill up an answering machine if one is not careful to empty those messages on that answering machine in time. How long have I been stuck in the technology stone age? What has technology done to humanity. Is this the result, a robot nation? Have a great technology day.

Market This Blog

An email marketing application designed specifically for bloggers. Now that sounds interesting. That sounds like an application that I would like to consider using for this blog as well as my other blogs in my blogaholicness. Short of running around with a bull horn in hand and placards in the other, or short of attempting to put skywriting in the sky, this application sounds like it can be one of those applications that can do a lot of email marketing for me without all of the usual work of having to look for a bazillion email addresses to send one at a time over days and months and years at a time. Maybe this application could send them all in second, I guess. What could that be all about? Well, if you happen to be looking for a way to promote your blog and have lots of visitors visit your page, Zookoda is there for you. Zookoda is an email marketing application designed specifically for bloggers. They enables you to send a daily, weekly and monthly summaries of your latest blog posts directly into your visitors inbox. And it’s all for free. Free you say? Now that is enough for me to go and visit their website now. They can help you create an email newsletter to keep your visitors informed all the time. One can add newsletter subscription forms to their blog where visitors can sign to receive your latest blog content via email, and you can even send recurring broadcasts including a feed refresh to update your email content. And even if you are not a blogger, Zookoda can still help you to send content for your website with those rss/atom feeds. Zookoda can help you build visitors with their subscriptions. They are all email marketing all the time.

These Days

According to that Gregorian calendar, Earth Day and May Day are nearing again this time of year. And what can I say about these days and times except help save planet mother earth. And I thought to repost that Greenpeace polar bear video and even an excerpt from last years Earth Day posting that I blah blogged about because I am starting to realize as a blogaholic that these days, times and years sometimes repeat themselves:
The earth is on fire. Planet mother earth is dying. It is being pillaged and plundered. Antarctica is disappearing. The polar bears are floating away on ice. The bees are dying, the bats are disappearing, the frogs are disappearing, wheat is disappearing, the price of oil is going up along with the economy going down or up, the population is population, Global warming, the greenhouse effect, Babylon on fire, overpollution, overpopulation, overoilism, overconsumerism, overcapitalism, overeverything. Here is a Hopi Indian Prophecy: There will come a time when the Earth grows sick and when it does a tribe will gather from all the cultures of the world who believe in deed and not words. They will work to heal it…they will be known as the “Warriors of the Rainbow”. Go Green, it’s the newest thing. Let us shine together to make our earth more beautiful.
And in other thoughts May Day is nearing also. And what is May Day, isn’t’ that that workers of the world unite holiday. And from what I can remember, there are usually a lot of events held throughout the world to coincide with these days. And here are some of them that I thought to repost:
Information is strength, knowledge is power. Workers of the world unite.
Blackkat will have its annual Blackkat Mayday party. Blackkat organized the first annual Squatter Mayday parties fifteen years ago at Tompkins Square Park. These days squatters have been thrown out and bought out and squatting no longer exists on the Lower East Side which is now called the East Village for real estate marketing purposes maybe, so the most recent mayday parties are of the rave scene.
The 10th Annual Blackkat Mayday 2008. Sunday April 27th, Tompkins Square Park. Free.
Featuring : Grandmaster Caz,Lenny Dee and more. With the Blackkat crew : Jason Bk,Arrow Chrome,The Eye, Dennis the Menance. The Hungry March Band and special guests. With live silkscreening and artwork by Peripheral Media Projects.
We invite any and all local and global activist groups to bring a table, flyers, sign up sheets, and banners to set up a booth at the event—please contact us if interested.
And then there is an Earth Day New York whose title seems as if it should have something to do with Earth Day. And there is also the Global Marijuana March as well. And then there is an email titled ” Longshoremen to close ports on West Coast May 1st to protest”. And I imagine there are many, many, many more of these protests and events to be found on this day, though I am not exactly sure where they are. Here’s wishing you a Happy Earth And May Day. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.
