The Postal Service Again

And this is actually one of those postings that I posted on this blog a while ago in my blogaholicness. And I thought to repost it again because, hey, yet another package has arrived in the mail shredded, ripped up, torn apart and patched back together again days, months and seemingly years later from the Postal Service ripping up packages that are suspect for something I guess. And does that United States Postal Service have the technology to xray mail for something so I’ve heard.:

What’s up with that United States Postal Service Post Office? Or is it the Luftpost Postal Service, or is it the Deutsch Post Post Office, or is it just the postal service. I have heard of so many stories of packages arriving ripped and torn and inspected and interrogated and unbubblewrappedagated and customsagated and questioned and microscoped and repackaged again before they even arrive to their final destination. Are those cookies now an object to be feared? Is this a worldwide open your mail before it gets to you thing? What’s up with that. Well I guess it great that the packages arrive to their destination with that sticker that says “Hey, I’ve been opened” than not at all. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Happy Holy Dayze.

Violence

Violence. What does that word mean. And for what reason is this word a part of this world and society. Is there a greek, hebrew or latin translation for this word. What is the root meaning and origin of this word. Where does it come from. Does Wikipedia have an entry for this word. And this word is usually not a good word in any sense. And yet it is a part of this world and life on planet earth. And I found myself blogging about that word violence yesterday. And I find myself blogging about it again on this day. And there was an advertisement of a side of a bus I saw that read “I am anti violence and pro respect”. And there was an article in the Metro Newspaper with a title that read “Study: Abuse kills many NYC women”, that said something about 44 percent of all women murdered in New York City between 2003 and 2005 were killed by their intimate partners. And that is a scary domestic violence statistic to me. And there are countless headlines on a daily basis of people who have lost their lives to some form of gun violence or violence with no end in sight. And guns are the worst invention of a death industry ever. And so this led me to ask myself yesterday and again on this day, is humanity inherently violent since the beginning of time with Adam and Eve, Cane and Abel and all of their descendants have inherited some sort of curse to crawl on their belly and suffer some sort of curse for disobeying God in that garden of Eden from the bible story thing. And it seems that as if every since the Bible days, if you believe, that the world has been in some sort of turmoil and brother against brother and man against man and king against king and nation against nation and wars and rumors of wars. And where is society headed today in what seems like to collapse of society and its morals to where it has now become acceptable for films with pornographic titles to be mainstream media. Is this all Kali Yuga and the iron age descending. And that could be a whole another blog posting. And will the world of planet mother earth never not be in some sort of turmoil until the end of time, if ever. Is another world free from and without violence possible. Peace and Love. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.

The Midas Touch

And in between reading the days daily atrocities headlines of people who have lost their lives to some sort of violence that are too innumerable to mention, so much that it seems as if one can become numb to the amount of violence that occurs in the news on a daily basis with no end in sight these days and times of what seems like Kali Yuga and the iron age descending, and the moral collapse of society. And has humanity been inherently violent since the beginning of time. And these viscious cycles of violence in the news, this seemingly beast that feeds upon itself in some sort of way, is enough to have me not wanting to read the news. Is this some sort of curse of humanity from that Adam and Eve eat the apple from the devil and crawl on their stomachs and be cursed forever Bible story thing. And for some reason that prayer comes to mind “Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take”. Or something like that. And it seems as if some one should say some sort of prayer for humanity, the dead and the living on this All Hallows Eve day of the dead that is soon approaching. And as I was saying, in between reading the daily horrendous atrocity headlines of the day I found myself wondering, how can one have a work at home job when one is not at home working, and working somewhere else outside of the home. And that is one of those questions that occurred to me on this day as I attempt to blah blog my way to riches. And in other thoughts, someone mentioned to me that phrase “The Midas Touch”, the other day as we were discussing the color of gold. And that person told me the story, a fairy tale story that I never really knew of where that phrase came from, as I thought it was from some commercial or something. And that story originates from a fairy tale about some King named Midas, who everything he touched, turned to gold. And I think that person said, the King even touched his own son, who turned to gold. And this seems as if it is one of those Wikipedia entries that I would like to read about this word Midas. And that is an interesting story to me. And I am on my way to that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia now in the internetland blogosphere to read about that word. And with headlines that read “Stock Market Plunges”, “Dow Jones Down, triggering automatic freeze on selling”, “Wall Street Dumping Stocks”, “Asian, European Stocks Plunge”, “NASDAQ suspends some listing rules”, “Global Stocks Tumble”, and and endless amount of stock market articles, it is enough to have me to wondering if the sky is falling and if the Wall Street New York Stock Exchange is having one of those everything must go going out of business sales with this roller coaster ride the stock market has been having in the news on a daily basis lately, seemingly during the same month as the changing of office of the presidential elections. And then what’s up with that Uncle Sam guys name anyway. For what reason is he called Uncle Scam, I mean Sam. Does that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia have an entry for that? And then those 2012 on track doomsday images start coming to mind and that UPC bar code, social security number save no man that he may sell except he have the mark of the beast thing 666 anti christ thing appears in my conspiracy religious fanaticism thoughts again. What would Nostradamus, some prophet, guru, astrologer, numerologist and Alister Crowley have to say about this 777 stock market drop thing. And what does this all mean, if anything. Will there be no Christmas shopping ever again. Will the soup lines be for all now. And maybe everything could just be free in the world where no money is required. And maybe everyone could squat the world and live off the land for free. And whose idea is it that the land is for sale anyway, a basic necessity of human life. And for what reason does that word patriot have the word parent, traitor and riot in it. Or does it? And that National Debt Clock is broken and has ran out of numbers, the debt of something is so huge, so I read. And that verse from Timothy comes to mind again: “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows”. And Theater For The New City is having their annual Village Halloween Costume Ball again this year. And I know because the Village Voice and the flyers they have in their window says so. And isn’t that that theater in that city of New York that started that Village Halloween Parade. And that Theater For The New City Village Halloween Costume Ball is one of those fun events that is great to play dress up for Halloween. And there is Cabaret all evening, hot food and entertainment, celebrity judges for their costume ball, stilt dancers, jugglers, burlesque, vaudeville, Crystal Field’s “The Red And Black Masque”, astrology and numerology, I-Ching, astral portraits, artists, sculptors, designers, and a whole lot more on this all hallows eve day and night. And abracadabra, their flyer says that some of this years performance artists will include: Penny Arcade, Judith Malina, Miguel Maldonado, Bina Sharif, Epstein and Hassan, Steve Ben Israel, Zeroboy, Rolondo Politi, Adriano Moraes, Loren Dunn, Jonathan Weber, Stan Rifken, Eve Packer, Judy Sky, Hot Lavender Swing Band, The Great Paprika Band, Joe Bendik, The Psychics and many many more. The NYC MTA

And if only that New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority could make its subway fares free for all of its subway and transit riders. And if only that New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority could banish all MTA Police from its subway system for the harassment and intimidation of its subway riders, farebeaters and anyone and everyone who does not pay fare for transportation, so that everyone could be free. And if only this freedom for everyone from the NYC MTA’s subwaya tickets, summonses and its transit court could be possible so that the NYCMTA could avoid headlines like these that are appearing in todays Yahoo Headlines with titles and subjects that read something like “Another person gets arrested for fare beating and another person could possibly lose their life from gun violence for farebeating in New York City’s subway system”, for no reason at all, except for the fact that guns have been invented. And guns are the worst invention of a death industry ever. If only guns could be banished from every person on the face of planet earth. If only the images of guns could be banished from all forms of pop culture, news, media, marketing, advertising, video games and toys. Does not advertising influence society? And it is a vicious cycle that feeds upon itself. And then what about subway trains, buses and other transportation systems around the country and world, how are they. And what’s up with that social security UPC bar code number, save no man that he may buy or sell except that he have the mark of the beast thing. And there are other stories and atrocities going on in the news today too innumerable to mention that seems never ending in these days and times. No one is free when others are oppressed. Is another world possible.
