On This Day
And on this day is that all too historical day where everyone goes to
the polls to vote for change, some sort of change. And who knows if it
will be for better or for worse. And yet still the issue of gun control
is no where to be found on a candidates platform, maybe. And yet
another person has lost there life to senseless gun violence this past
Halloween weekend for no reason at all except for the fact that guns
have been invented. And because guns are the worst inventions ever,
Yahoo and CNN headlines with atrocious titles like "Shooter Feared Trick or Treater Was Robber" and "Trick or Treater shot to death"
have appeared in the news this past Halloween weekend. And what would
that National Rifle Association or anyone who defends the right to bear
arms to protect ones home have to say abut this. As if property is
worth more than human life. If only housing could be free for everyone.
Whose right is it to say that the land is for sale anyway, shelter, a
basic necessity of human life. And the list of atrocious headlines of
people who are losing their lives to gun violence on a daily basis with
no end in sight are to innumerable for me to mention in one blog post.
And guns are the worst invention ever. If only guns can be abolished
from every person on the face of planet earth and from every form of
advertising and pop culture. Does not advertising influence society.
Where is the world headed. What was life like before the invention of
guns. Is another world possible. And what, if anything does this have
to do with a No Police State. Is another world possible. Peace on earth
and goodwill to all mankind.
