What is the meaning of the Yantra. I have this peace of paper here before me from Integral Yoga with this beautiful drawing of some mantra or mandala with seemingly all of the religions of the world. Is it a symbol for all the faith symbols of the world religions maybe. That interfaith symbol. Does this image contain the secret meaning to the meaning of the universe maybe. Is it mystical, mythological, magical, mysterious and some image to analyze. This flyer, by Sri Swami Satchidananda, goes on to say a yantra is a physical expression of a mantra, a mantra being a divine aspect in the form of sound vibration, yantra in the form of a geometrical figure. It represents the entire cosmos, the entire creation and it has something to do with God manifesting sound. I am not sure how to interpret this but I do know that image looks really cool. Ohm Shanti.
