Peta Rocks. Peta, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals somehow ended up as one of my MySpace top eight friends. To me, I guess they represent everything environmental and saving the world. They seek to save the animals from the humans maybe. I have always read about PETA over the years and have seen them at events on television. They are an animal rights organization and are anti fur and anti meat and advocate for the humane treatment of animals. It's great they speak for the animals as I have not run across an animal that can speak for itself yet. And this time Peta is at it again. Peta was in the am New York newspaper a while ago. There was a furor over fur. PETA was protesting a fashion show as part of fashion week events. They were out in full force pushing an animal cruelty free fashion agenda. PETA's slogan is "Animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment." Their campaigns rock.
